- Pole Theatre Experience Elite (Mixed): Over 14 years old. Both genders. Up to 4 competitors per performance. (*)
- Pole STARS (Mixed): Over 18 years old. Both genders. That meets the following requirements: (**)
- Elite category Podium winner in a National championship (in their country of residence)
- Elite category Podium winner in an International or Regional championship
- Serve as a Jury in National and/or International Pole tournaments.
- Act as a Master Instructor of workshops at a national and/or international level.
- Flying Pole Amateur (Mixed): Over 14 years old. Both genders. Intermediate level athletes. (*) (**) – NEW
- Flying Pole Professional (Mixed): Over 14 years old Both genders. Advanced level athletes (*) (**) – NEW

(**) The FLYING POLE & POLE STARS categories are not applicable to all Championship network tournaments.
APPLICATION, REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & PRIZES
1. Application
In order to participate in World Pole Championship Network 2025 in any of its categories, you must first apply by submitting a video. This video will determine if you are technically fit to qualify. In order to apply, you must follow all the Application, Registration & Payment Processes.
ATHLETES WITH DIRECT APPLICATION. ONLY:
- All the winners of World Pole Championship 2024 (1st/2nd and 3rd Place)
- All Winners Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina Pole Championship 2025
2. Registration
Complete and submit the online form available in: www.polechampionship.net . Please complete carefully the competence and category, indicate your personal information and Application Video.
The Video should consist in:
- A 2 minutes mínimum / 3 minutes máximum performace that should allow the evaluation of your technical skills and if they are accurate to the category selected.
- The video can be either: A stage, school or home/amateur performance.
- The video cannot be older than 12 MONTHS
IMPORTANT: Athletes with Direct Application should not provide an application video, just only indicate Tournament, year and podium won.
ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 22nd
3. Registration Fee payment
3.1. FOR ATHLETES WHO APPLY WITH VIDEO – IN 2 INSTANCES
• 1st Instance – Video application payment for all categories U$S 80 (eighty US dollars). Doubles Category payment per athlete.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 22
• 2nd Instance – Payment for access to the finals all categories U$S 80 (eighty US dollars). Doubles Category payment per athlete.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17
3.2. FOR ATHLETES WITH DIRECT APPLICATION – IN ONE SINGLE INSTANCE
• DIRECT application payment for all categories U$S 130.- (one hundred and thirty US dollars). Doubles Category payment per athlete.

3.3. CHAPERONES & ARTISTIC COMPANIONS (Pole Theater Experience): Athletes may register only 1 chaperone in the ON Line registration form and up to 7 Artistic Companions in the Pole Theater Experience category. Those registered at the time of registration can be modified up to the 30th before the tournament takes place. To have access to dressing rooms and theater they must pay an entry amount of U$S 40.- (forty US dollars) until 10/17/2025. The access of any chaperone will not be allowed without the corresponding payments. The entry of unregistered chaperones or exchange of credentials will cause the immediate disqualification of the responsible athlete.

IMPORTANT: Applications will not be processed if all the described requirements are not met and within the given deadlines. The results of the application will be announced within a period not exceeding 15 days from the closing of the registration.
5. Prizes
ALL PRIZES WILL BE PAID ONLY THROUGH WWW.PAYPAL.COM PLATFORM IN US DOLLARS.
a) The Athlete with the highest score in the STARS category will obtain 500 U$S (Five hundred US dollars) as a prize.
b) The Athlete with the highest score of all the Elite categories – will obtain 400 U$S as a prize (Four hundred US dollars).
c) The athlete with the highest score in all the Professional categories – will obtain 300 US$ (Three hundred US dollars) as a prize.
d) The athlete with the highest score in all the Amateur categories – will obtain 250 U$S as a prize (Two hundred and fifty US dollars).
e) The Athlete with the highest score in the Children A, B and Youth categories – will obtain 250 US$ (Two hundred and fifty US dollars) as a prize.
f) The Athlete/s with the highest score in the Masters and Doubles categories – will obtain as a prize 300 U$S (Three hundred US dollars) per performance.
WORLD POLE CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 RULES
COMPETITORS
1. They will be female for the Female category and Male for the Male category. Doubles can be mixed. In the case of having a non-binary document, the competitor may choose the category to participate. In all cases, it will be verifiable with the competitor’s identity document.
2. Competitors must be at least 18 years old for Adult categories, between 7 and 10 for the Children’s A category, between 11 and 14 for the Children’s B category and between 15 and 17 for the Youth category.
3. Athletes/artists from all nationalities are welcomed.
4. Must have a valid ID on the day of the competition.
5. They must always conduct themselves correctly during the competition.
6. They will always comply with the rules, protocols and regulations of the competition.
7. They must present themselves with the required anticipation at the event venue, otherwise they will be automatically disqualified.
8. They may not behave inappropriately or have conflicts related to decorum, no matter how small. They will not commit any immoral, illegal act or any other behavior that, in the sole opinion of the organizer, could bring disrepute, ridicule or contempt to the winners of POLE CHAMPIONSHIP NETWORK, their image or reputation.
IMAGE
1. All photographs and other images will remain property of POLE CHAMPIONSHIP NETWORK. Competitors are not entitled to compensation for photography and other images taken before, during or after the tournament.
2. Competitors know and establish their agreement since their registration submission, implicitly and irrevocably, that they agree that all the videos and photographs taken can be used by the Organization for promotion, publicity, and commercial relations.
EXPULSION
1. Any violation of the terms and conditions of these Rules and the Regulations may result in the disqualification during the championship, as well as the expulsion of the winners, from the Organization after the event.
2. If the Organizer determines that any of the statements made in the application form, and/or any other information provided in connection with the registration is false and/or inaccurate, it will lead to disqualification.
3. If the competitor fails to comply with any provision, indication or order given by the organizer, immediate disqualification will take place either before, during or after the tournament.
4. If the competitor and/or work team publicly express themselves in an aggressive or defamatory manner both to the organization, judges, and their fellow competitors, they will be indefinitely expelled from any tournament belonging to Pole Championship Network.
5. If the competitor has any unsportsmanlike conduct, at the discretion of the organizer, will be expelled indefinitely from any tournament on the Pole Championship Network.
6. The entry of unregistered chaperones or exchange of credentials will cause the immediate disqualification of the responsible competitor.
DURING THE COMPETENCE
Because the competition combines elements of Sport, Fitness and Dance:
1. The performance must focus on technical and artistic skills only. Any sexual suggestion will not be tolerated.
2. Inappropriate acts or movements with the body are prohibited for indecent behavior.
3. Any breach of the preceding rules will lead to immediate disqualification.
4. A jury of experts will judge the competitors based on Presentation, Artistic and Technical.
5. All competitors must arrive and register at the time indicated by the organizer.
6. The competitors will not be able to communicate with the judges before and/or during the competition.
7. The Organization reserves the right to expel a competitor from the competence, both before and during the competition.
8. Finalists must be available to take a photo immediately after the announcement of the awards.
9. All competitors are responsible for their own risk with the understanding that any injury or accident that may occur is the responsibility of the competitor.
11. The organization is not responsible for damage or loss of personal items.
12. Competitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian in charge.
AWARDS/TITLES
1. POLE CHAMPIONSHIP NETWORK titles are lifetime titles.
2. The Organization reserves the right to retract the title if the winner causes any damage to the Organization.
3. In the case of withdrawal, the 1st Runner-up will become the new winner.
LEGAL
1. The Organization of POLE CHAMPIONSHIP NETWORK is not responsible for damages or losses derived from participation in the tournament.
2. The organizer may proceed to disqualify the athlete after the tournament, if it becomes aware that any of the terms and conditions of this document or the Pole Championship Network Regulations are not met. In case the disqualified athlete was on the podium, the next highest scoring athlete will be the new winner.
3. The Organization reserves the right to modify the rules contained in this document at any time.
4. The Organization reserves the right of admission.
5. All decisions that are not addressed in these regulations will be made by the Organization.
6. A decision made by the organization is binding.
